GIC REIMBURSEMENT

Bargaining unit members of NAGE, MOSES, AFSCME and SEIU Local 509 will be receiving their first GIC reimbursement this paycheck. The reimbursement will cover the increased amount of GIC copays and deductibles paid in February and March as the result of the GIC benefit changes effective on February 1, 2010. (more…)

AGENCIES INTERESTED IN LAYOFF/RETIREMENT INCENTIVES

EOHHS has advised OER that several of its constituent agencies have expressed interest in voluntary layoff and retirement incentives pursuant to our “master” agreements on these subjects. To this end OER is reviewing the individual announcement memoranda prepared by each department; it is HHS’ goal that these memoranda be distributed to staff early next week. (more…)

DDS OQM AGREEMENT NULLIFIED

The Commonwealth and DDS no longer see a need to continue the 3/28/97 Agreement seperating OQM Compliance Officers from the other Compliance Officers of the Agency. We have, therefore, agreed to end the agreement and reset the Compliance Officers within DDS to all be under the same terms and conditions of our CBA. (more…)
