MASTER INCENTIVE AGREEMENT SIGNED FOR HRD/A&F AGENCIES
All agencies falling under Administration & Finance have now been authorized to offer Voluntary Incentives for Layoff or for Retirement. Whether an agency offers the voluntary incentives or how much is wholy up to the budgetary constraints of the individual A & F State Agency.
What does this all mean? FMAP monies have not been approved in Washington, D.C., and Massachusetts State Employees are facing layoffs, once again. The Voluntary Incentives are an attempt to mitigate the numbers expected.
