AGENCIES INTERESTED IN LAYOFF/RETIREMENT INCENTIVES
EOHHS has advised OER that several of its constituent agencies have expressed interest in voluntary layoff and retirement incentives pursuant to our “master” agreements on these subjects. To this end OER is reviewing the individual announcement memoranda prepared by each department; it is HHS’ goal that these memoranda be distributed to staff early next week.

OER anticipates that there may be additional HHS agencies that will wish to participate in one or both of these incentive programs.
